알루미늄 방열판 마운팅 블록

열은 접촉면이 실제로 맞닿아야만 전달됩니다. 당사의 방열판 마운팅 블록은 6061 또는 6063 알루미늄으로 절단되며, 마운팅 면은 평면 밀링 가공되고, 모든 나사산은 수작업으로 탭핑한 후 go / no-go 게이지로 검사합니다.

나사산은 M3에서 M12까지이며, 깊이는 ±0.2 mm로 관리되고, 나사산은 면에 수직입니다. 당사가 출하하지 않는 두 가지가 있습니다: 크로스 나사산, 또는 마지막 회전에서만 물리는 불완전한 나사산입니다.

기계 탭핑은 작은 블록에서 크로스 나사산과 탭 파손이 발생하는 원인입니다. 지그와 모든 홀에 대한 게이지를 사용한 수작업 탭핑은 시간이 조금 더 들지만, 나사가 손으로 들어가는 나사산을 제공합니다.

아노다이징 후에도 면을 평평하게 유지할 수 있나요?

네. 마운팅 면은 아노다이징 중에 마스킹되거나, 먼저 아노다이징한 후 면을 밀링하여 열 접촉이 순수 알루미늄으로 이루어지도록 합니다.

열 인터페이스 패드도 함께 공급하나요?

요청 시 다이컷 열 패드를 동일한 박스에 공급할 수 있습니다. 블록 자체는 가공된 알루미늄입니다.

양호한 접촉을 위해 면이 얼마나 평평해야 하나요?

100 mm당 0.05 mm 이하이면 일반적으로 페이스트 인터페이스에 충분합니다. 얇은 패드를 사용하거나 페이스트를 사용하지 않는 경우 알려주시면 면을 더 tight하게 유지하겠습니다.
